DESCRIPTION:Celebration of Life\nWe will gather to celebrate and honor Jorg
 e’s life on Saturday\, September 19\, at William B. Pond Recreation Area
 \, at the Cottonwood Gazebo.\n\nParking & Arrival\nParking will be covered
  for those attending Jorge’s Celebration of Life.\n\nIf there is a park 
 ranger\, tell them you have a code to enter in the kiosk passing the entra
 nce station. The code is: POND91926\n\nAfter the pay booth\, follow the ro
 ad until you reach the first major parking lot on the left side. This park
 ing lot is located directly in front of the Cottonwood Gazebo. \n\nIf ther
 e is no parking spots in the parking lot\, you can find parking nearby. \n
 \nSince the park remains open to the public\, there will be other visitors
  and gatherings taking place throughout the day. We recommend arriving ear
 ly\, especially for those who need accessible parking.\n\nCeremony | 2:00 
 PM\nWe will begin promptly at 2:00 PM with a simple and thoughtful memoria
 l gathering centered on silence\, reflection\, shared memories\, and spiri
 tual community\, rather than a formal or structured ritual.\n\nThose who w
 ish to participate will have an opportunity to speak from the silence and 
 share a prayer\, reading\, song\, or personal memory of Jorge. There is no
  expectation to speak\, simply being present with one another is meaningfu
 l.\n\nGathering & Remembrance | ~3:00 PM\nFollowing the ceremony\, we will
  have time to gather\, connect\, share stories\, and celebrate Jorge’s l
 ife. Tacos—one of Jorge’s favorites—will be served\, and there will 
 be an opportunity to create artwork in his memory.\n\nMemorial Bike Ride |
  ~4:30 PM\nAround 4:30 PM\, we will begin Jorge’s Memorial Bike Ride.\n\
 nThose who would like to participate can bring their bikes and ride throug
 h the park for as long as they’d like. Please remember to bring your bik
 e\, bike lock\, and helmet.\n\nWear Blue 💙\nBlue was Jorge’s favorite
  color\, so we invite you to wear blue or any color that makes you think o
 f him. Jorge wouldn’t want everyone dressed in black. 💙\n\nIn Lieu of
  Flowers or Gifts\nInstead of flowers or gifts\, we invite you to consider
  making a donation to a charity\, organization\, or cause that reminds you
  of Jorge or reflects something he cared about.\n\nPlease RSVP\nIf you pla
 n to attend and haven’t yet RSVP’d\, please click “Let the family kn
 ow you’re coming” below. Your RSVP will help us provide an accurate he
 adcount for catering and make sure there is enough food for everyone.\n\nW
