Does it cost anything to start?

No. Creating a memorial page and inviting people to contribute is completely free — all features included. You only need to upgrade if you run out of storage.

What is the difference between Free and Keep?

Storage and editors. Free gives you 2 GB of photo and video storage and up to 3 editors per memorial. Keep gives you 30 GB and unlimited editors. Every other feature is the same on both plans.

What happens to the page if I stop paying?

If you downgrade from Keep to Free, the page stays live. If your storage exceeds the free limit, new uploads will be paused until space is made or the plan is upgraded. Nothing is deleted.

Who controls what appears on the page?

Accepted Answer

You do. Contributors can submit photos, videos, and messages, but nothing appears publicly until you approve it. You can change permissions at any time.

Question 5

Can I transfer the account to someone else later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can designate a custodian successor who will take over management of the page. This is part of how we help families plan for the long term.

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The page is private by default. You choose who can view it, who can contribute, and what is displayed. We are registered with the ICO and operate under UK data protection law.
