About these terms
These terms govern your use of Northstar Keep, operated by a small independent company based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you have questions, contact us at hello@northstarkeep.com.
The service
Northstar Keep allows you to create private memorial pages, invite others to contribute, and gather photos, messages and memories in one place.
We may update or change features of the service over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect how you use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload - photos, text, memories, and other material. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share the content you add. Please do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Northstar Keep to:
- –Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others
- –Impersonate another person or create pages without appropriate authority
- –Attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you
- –Use the service in a way that disrupts or damages it for others
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing and payments
Creating a memorial page is free. Optional paid upgrades are available for individual pages. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider. We do not store payment card details.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and running well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be periods of maintenance or unexpected downtime. We will do our best to minimise disruption and communicate planned outages where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Closing your account
You can request to close your account at any time by emailing us. We will delete your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We recommend downloading your content before making this request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
